Lawn Care Services

Spring Clean-up

  • Done in early spring. Spring clean-up includes the clean-up of leaves and debris around buildings, landscape beds, driveways, sidewalks and under decks using back pack blowers. Using a dethatcher we will then remove unwanted thatch build up. This will help your grass prepare for summer by allowing it to thicken up, making it stronger and less susceptible to diseases.

Lawn Mowing

  • We offer both residential and commercial mowing. Lawn mowing includes the mowing of the total specified turf area with our commercial grade walk behind mowers at the proper hieght of 3-3.5 inches. We will then trim around all of your building or homes foundation, fence lines, landscape beds, and driveway. We will finish by blowing off all grass clippings from street, sidewalks, patios and driveway to leave you with a clean fresh looking lawn.

Fertilization

  • Our program includes 5 different application times from spring to fall.

  1. Early spring treatment- A pre-emergent herbicide control will be applied when soil temps reach 50-55 degrees to kill any weeds before they germinate along with a spring fertilizer.

  2. Late spring treatment- A seasonal granular fertilizer will be applied as well as weed control.

  3. Summer Treatment-  A slow release granular fertilizer will be applied and broadleaf weed control as needed.

  4. Late summer- A seasonal granular fertilizer will be applied along with weed control.

  5. Fall Treatment- A winterizing fertilizer will be applied that will result in a quick green up in spring.

Bush and Shrub Trimming

  • One of the best ways to get your landscape looking like new again is to trim overgrown bushes. With a hedge trimmer our proffesionals can add a unique look to your property by trimming back bushes and shrubs.

Core Aeration

  • Core Aeration is the mechanical removal of soil cores from the lawn. It helps by reducing soil compaction and the holes will allow fertilizer, water and air to reach the root zone quicker resulting in new growth and increased root develpment.

Overseeding

  • We recommend overseeding to be done with aerating to achieve best results. Overseeding will thicken and improve the appearance of your lawn. It is best done in early fall since cool season grasses grow best when temperatures are around 60-75 degrees.

Dethatching

  • Dethatching is one of the most effective ways to revive your lawn. With the removal of the thatch layer it will allow more water, fertilizer and air to reach the soil and grass roots to leave you with an overall healthier lawn.
